Canadians love coffee. Why you may ask? Everyone has their own love story involving coffee.  We love it for the way it energizes us, for how it fuels conversation, how it comforts us, and for those reasons along with many more, our journey begins at The Daily Grind 519.
   
Working within the construction industry for over 17 years introduced me to coffee, primarily "mainstream" coffee. Not a morning commute, break time or lunch went by without sipping on a warm coffee. Coffee is as much a part of the construction industry as concrete, wood and nails.
   
As the years progressed, as I matured, the want for growing my coffee pallet increased and my search for quality fresh roastes coffee has begun. A search that has started locally that will also give back to our community.
 
Fast forward to 2020.
   
A simple thought while sipping on a hot cup of coffee on my morning commute to work turned into a slightly different approach at a business.  I love local businesses, I love local communities, I love coffee. To some my vision may seem foggy,  to me my vision is clear, promote and support local coffee roasters, give back to local communities and bring value to coffee lovers of all types.
